Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sr. Marketing Executive to lead demand generation, digital marketing, marketing automation, and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, coordinating Microsoft events, and working closely with sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Campaign Management

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, Webinars, Microsoft Events, and Digital Marketing.
- Generate and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through outbound and inbound marketing activities.
- Develop industry-specific marketing strategies for Microsoft technologies and business solutions.
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimize results.

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

- Create and manage email campaigns, nurture programs, workflows, and lead scoring using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.




- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure email deliverability best practices.

Lead Generation & CRM

- Build and manage prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other research tools.
- Maintain CRM data quality and support the sales team with qualified leads and campaign insights.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing or Technology Marketing.
- Experience working with Microsoft Partners, IT Services companies, or Digital Marketing Agencies is preferred.
