Job description: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries., Understand client requirements and JDs in detail and develop effective sourcing strategies., and Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn.

Required Candidate profile: MBA, BBA, or any Graduates Must-have: Robust communication and interpersonal skills, Good understanding of recruitment processes, Candidate sourcing and screening Experience: 2 - 4 Years

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely closure of requirements.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
