Stipend & Career Opportunity

- 1-6 Months: 12,500 per month
- 7-12 Months: 18,000 per month
- After successful completion of 1 year: On-roll conversion with 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inside sales and customer calls.
- Contact prospective customers through company-provided leads.
- Explain Personal Loan products and benefits to customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer and sales details in Excel/MIS.




- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
