Role: Product Specialist

Experience: 0 -1 years

Roles & Responsibility:

- Engage with and onboard interventional cardiologists in the assigned territory.
- Present and explain the healthcare program, benefits, fees and process to doctors.
- Build relationships with doctors and hospital stakeholders.
- Drive doctor conversions and patient lead generation.
- Coordinate and monitor the patient counselling process at partner hospitals and clinics.
- Support patient lead conversion and subscription growth.
- Manage relationships with key doctors and hospitals and resolve operational issues.
- Take ownership of business outcomes for the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile





- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Management.
- Graduation in Life Sciences / B.Pharm / relevant healthcare discipline.
- Fresh MBA graduates with solid communication and presentation skills can apply.
- Candidates with internship/project exposure in Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Hospital Management, Sales or Business Development will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role covering Faridabad.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management and negotiation skills
