Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control tests on extruded and thermoformed products using MFI, Tensile Testing, Capa, and other relevant methods.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards by implementing effective quality management systems (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to raw materials, manufacturing processes, or finished goods.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures, protocols, and reports in accordance with industry regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase customer satisfaction.
