- Design and develop software solutions to meet business requirements in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
- Code, develop and document software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
- Manage the full software development life cycle including testing, implementation and auditing.
- Perform product design, bug verification and beta support, which may require research and analysis.
- Handle custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Execute, assess and troubleshoot software programs and applications.
- Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in software upgrades, revisions, fixes and patches as mandated by the vendor.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Provide informal guidance to junior staff.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Work independently with minimal guidance.
- Solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Work with colleagues and provide guidance to team members with less experience.
Required Skills
- 8 to 10+ years of Technical and Functional experience in Oracle EBS.
- Strong experience in Oracle R12 Application.
- Experience in Distribution, CRM, Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
- Experience with ASCP, Demantra, Inventory, Purchasing and PLM.
- Robust knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Forms.
- Knowledge of Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF, ADF, Ext-JS and Java.
- Knowledge of REST API is an advantage.
- Experience handling custom functionalities along with standard EBS processes.
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience or exposure working in Agile Methodology is an advantage.
- Experience with Dev-Ops tools such as Jira, Bitbucket and Flex deploys.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
