What Youll Do

As a Remote Client Support Representative, youll help clients understand their available options while delivering a professional, service-focused experience.

Client Support Relationship Management

- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

- Serve as a professional point of contact for client questions

- Listen to each clients needs and provide clear, personalized guidance

- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
