Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a solid understanding of business processes, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on exposure to Tableau and/or Power BI. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand, analyze, and document business processes and requirements.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Analyze business data and create meaningful reports and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and issue resolution.




- Conduct presentations and effectively communicate business requirements and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Hands-on technical exposure to Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on technology-driven projects or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project documentation.
