Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite Financial applications for our manufacturing/factory operations. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials and a sound understanding of finance processes related to manufacturing, inventory accounting, cost management, fixed assets, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and enhance Oracle EBS Financial modules across factory and corporate finance operations.
- Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Plant Operations teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA.
- Manage financial and accounting processes related to:

- Manufacturing inventory valuation

- Cost accounting

- Asset capitalization

- Project accounting

- Financial closing and reporting

- Analyze and resolve application issues, provide root-cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and process improvements.
- Conduct user training and provide production support.

Desired Experience

- 6+ years of Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 setting.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and manufacturing finance processes.
- Experience working with factory stakeholders, plant controllers, and finance teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
- Oracle Financials certification preferred.
