Position Management Trainee/Relationship Manager

Job Profile

Our client is urgently seeking a full-time, on-site Management trainee/Relationship Manager based in Surat to drive sales of its products and services. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present offerings effectively. The role involves presentations, networking events, and client interactions, requiring a professional and personable approach.

- The MT/RM will oversee client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and act as a bridge between clients and the company's offerings.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high service quality and identify recent sales opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide value-added services or solutions.
- Additionally, the individual will analyse client needs, assist in achieving their financial goals, and work collaboratively with the internal teams to optimise client experiences.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure.




- Skills Required:

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and services related to wealth creation
- Proficiency in client management tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills
- Prior experience in financial services, relationship management, or similar roles is a plus
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
