Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on business objectives.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on product performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure effective communication of product plans and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
- Strong understanding of the employment firm industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools is desirable.
