Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and control building systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and life safety through the BMS.
- Troubleshoot issues with BMS software, hardware, and integration with other systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on IBMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with facility management team to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in BMS operation and maintenance.
- Robust understanding of building management systems (IBMS) principles and practices.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as required by job duties.
- Familiarity with facility management software applications.
