- Design new products from concept to production, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, costing analysis, and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ECN (Engineering Change Note) and ECR (Engineering Change Request) documents for changes in existing products or processes.
- Develop detailed designs for fasteners using APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodologies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Fasteners NPD (New Product Development) engineering role.
- Robust understanding of DFMEA (Design FMEA), PFMEA, and PPAP documentation processes.
- Proficiency in creating RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and managing supplier relationships through ECN/ECM tools.
