Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist with around 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Handle onboarding and induction programs
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure smooth exit formalities including full & final settlement

3. Payroll & Compensation Support

- Coordinate with payroll team/vendors for salary processing
- Validate attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and deductions
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs

4. HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)




- Maintain statutory records and support audits
- Implement and monitor HR policies and SOPs

5. Employee Engagement & Relations

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts
- Foster a positive work environment

6. Performance Management

- Support performance appraisal cycles (KRA/KPI setting, reviews)
- Assist in training needs identification and development plans

7. HR Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports
- Track attrition, attendance, and employee productivity metrics

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 36 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
