Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution design for client onboarding and product enablement capabilities.
- Create Solution Design Documents, Integration Specifications, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and Deployment Models.
- Design scalable microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Define REST API contracts, integration patterns, and event-driven/asynchronous architectures.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.
- Partner with Solution Engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and implementation support.
- Design solutions for performance, resiliency, security, scalability, and operational supportability.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, DevOps,



and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Ensure observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational controls are incorporated into solution designs.
- Support engineering teams in implementing automated quality and deployment pipelines.
- Incorporate privacy, auditability, regulatory controls, and compliance requirements into solution designs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering Managers to shape delivery outcomes.
- Mentor engineers and emerging Solution Designers across the domain.
