Job Summary

Navo Cloud is looking for a Business Development Executive to promote and sell cloud and IT solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable IT solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.

The role involves working closely with the technical team to ensure excellent customer experience and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through outbound calls and customer interactions.
- Handle incoming sales and basic technical enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Promote Cloud Hosting, VPS & Dedicated Servers, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Email Solutions, and Managed IT Services.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for hosting, emails, websites, and related services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and technical queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer, sales, and support records.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, updates, and service requirements.

Required Skills





- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of website hosting, domains, emails, and IT services.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to manage both sales and basic technical support.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidates with a Computer Science / IT background are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work from office in Erode.
