Location: Nallasopara Factory, Maharashtra
Stipend: Rs.15,000/month

Manufacturing Intern
Work closely with the shop floor team to understand real-world manufacturing processes including CNC machining and 3D printing. You will assist in machine setup, tooling, and monitoring production jobs to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. This role offers hands-on exposure to how parts move from design to final production. You will also contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Quality Control Intern
Support the quality team in ensuring all parts meet required specifications and tolerances. You will assist in dimensional inspection using tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and coordinate
measuring machines (CMM). The role includes maintaining inspection records, identifying defects, and supporting root cause analysis. You will gain exposure to real quality systems and understand
how high-precision manufacturing maintains consistency.





Project Engineering Intern
Act as a bridge between customers, design teams, and manufacturing operations. You will assist in
analyzing RFQs, supporting design-for-manufacturing (DFM) reviews, and tracking project
timelines. The role requires coordination across multiple teams to ensure projects move smoothly
from order to delivery. You will develop solid technical and communication skills while working on real customer projects.

Sales Development Intern
Support the business development team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers across global markets. You will assist in researching companies, generating leads, and managing
CRM pipelines. This role involves working on outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn while understanding customer requirements. You will also contribute to building sales collateral and
strategies for industries like aerospace, robotics, and automation.
