We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Performance Testing (PT). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance engineering practices and proven experience with tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter. Strong communication and coordination abilities are essential, as this role will involve collaboration across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to plan and support performance testing activities.
- Monitor system performance using APM and log analysis tools and report on key performance metrics.
- Conduct workload modeling and capacity planning for high-availability applications.
- Document test results, create detailed reports, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to performance engineering best practices and help drive continuous improvements.
