Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal an Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Executive People and Culture Operations in the Human Resource Department to be based at the MAHE Manipal campus.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, administrative functions or event coordination Experience in the higher education, healthcare, or large service sector organizations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Administration
• Coordinate registrations, nominations and participant communication for training programmes.
• Maintain learning records and attendance databases.
• Generate participation certificates and programme reports.
• Manage survey administration and follow-up activities.
2. Employee Engagement Operations
• Support execution of employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for retreats, inductions, town halls and staff events.
• Liaise with vendors, venues and service providers.
• Track event budgets and utilization.
3. Communication & Documentation
• Draft employee communications and promotional materials.
• Maintain initiative trackers and MIS reports.
• Prepare presentations,
meeting minutes and project documentation. • Support policy dissemination and awareness campaigns.
4. Coordination & Support
• Coordinate with institutes, departments and campus stakeholders.
• Manage calendars, schedules and meeting logistics.
• Support procurement and purchase-related documentation.
• Assist in audit and compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Robust organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing events, meetings, and institutional programs.
• Strong data management and record-keeping skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with external vendors and service providers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to managing operational requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
