Job Role

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across various functions and levels.
2. Coordinate with management to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
3. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and recruitment consultants.
4. Process candidate assessments and interviews, shortlisting, negotiation and offer management.
5. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and joining formalities for new hires.
6. Support the new hire for relocation and transition to the organisation.
7. Develop and execute employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
8. Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations across the organization.
9. Administer HR operations, including policies, documentation, and employee records management.
10. Support organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals and long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with management to understand and fulfill organizational staffing requirements.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and recruitment consultants.
4.



Publish job postings and maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
5. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants for specialized requirements.
6. Lead onboarding and orientation activities to ensure smooth employee integration.
7. Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture.
8. Handle employee relations matters and resolve employee concerns in a skilled manner.
9. Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR operational processes.
10. Align HR initiatives with business objectives to support organizational growth and workforce development.

Skills and Attributes

1. Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
2. Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
3. Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
4. Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
5. Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
6. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
9. Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach toward work.
