Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Salesforce QA team to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop test plans, and execute tests.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and documentation for Salesforce applications.
- Analyze defects reported by customers or internal stakeholders, prioritize issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce QA testing with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading a team of QA engineers in an IT services workplace.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, features, and best practices for testing.
- Experience working with Scrum/Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
