Job Title: Duty Manager Technical

Location: Thane (Kolshet Road) at site
Industry: Facility Management – Residential
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Salary: 5.5 LPA – 6.5 LPA

Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in technical facility management, preferably in residential properties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day technical operations of the residential property.
- Supervise electrical systems, DG, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS, pumps, HVAC and other MEP services.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time.
- Lead and monitor the technical team for smooth site operations.
- Attend and resolve technical breakdowns and resident complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure AMC activities are completed as per schedule.
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks and technical reports.
- Conduct regular inspections of technical areas and ensure safety and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with the client and ensure high standards of service delivery.
