Individuals primary job responsibilities are listed below.

- Support USA day time zone which is night time during India time zone.
- Review and disposition (Approve/ Reject) supplier issues through PR process in iPLM and CQ (From Q2-2026) through PR Checklist.
- Identify Shipment risk” related Supplier PRs to mitigate through short term action and drive long term recovery plan.
- Maintain PR process KPI based on priority of each PR.
- Manage PR by collaborating with SCM, SBM and SE to meet PR quality requirement.
- Support Commodity meetings and PG CFT meetings to check Risk mitigation through Deviation process.
- Manage assigned suppliers in Electrical Commodities for any supplier issues.
- Take PR process training in-person/ virtual for global suppliers across commodities to improve PR Submission FPY or current supplier on-boarding.
- Initiate/ support RCCA for any misses from Suppliers/ Supply chain teams for disturbing existing process.
- Fetch & analyze PR data for commodity and PG to provide action items to improve quality/ FPY/ Response rate.
- Review supplier manufacturing processes and engage with suppliers to identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering for business value enhancement opportunities.

Who we’re looking for





Bachelor’s degree in Mech/Prod/Automotive/industrial/Aerospace Engineering with Work experience of min. 5 years for Bachelor's degree.

- Experience in resolving Quality problems during Part Manufacturing/ qualification/ shortages that are related to across Commodities like, Cables, PCBA, Power Box, RF etc.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (Cable Assembly, PCBA, Power Box Assembly) and various problem-solving tools (8D Problem solving, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA etc.).
- Ability to understand Engineering Drawings (Cable Assembly, PCBA) and GD&T.;
- Understanding on Non-Conformance Process and Supplier Issues related Process assessment and experience in setting annual quality goals and executing to plan.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) & presentation skills.
- Fair understanding on Lean Six Sigma Process.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience working in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP database, PLM system and Power BI Apps.
- Experience handling Suppliers at remote location and global stakeholders.
- Experience in Problem Solving & Decision making for any supplier related issues during Part Manufacturing or shortages.
