We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee our vibrant commercial office and co-working spaces. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical building operations and premium hospitality. You will ensure our physical infrastructure runs flawlessly while maintaining an inspiring, productive environment for our diverse community of teams and professionals.

Core Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Oversee the upkeep of workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges, and common areas to ensure premium aesthetic standards.
- Vendor Management: Supervise external contracts for cleaning, security, waste management, pest control, and catering services.
- Technical Maintenance: Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance for critical building systems including HVAC, lighting, IT/network closets, and plumbing.
- Community Experience: Partner with the community/front-desk team to resolve member maintenance requests quickly and maintain a high-hospitality feel.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local fire, health, and occupational safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Space Optimization: Lead office layouts, hot-desk configurations,



and smooth onboarding/offboarding moves for commercial tenants.
- Budget Tracking: Manage operational expenses (OpEx) for utilities, supplies, and repairs to optimize cost efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Hospitality Mindset: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong drive to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), space-planning tools, and smart-office IoT tech.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and handle short-notice workspace reconfigurations.
- Problem-Solving: Quick-thinking crisis management for sudden issues like internet outages, power failures, or HVAC leaks.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of facilities management experience specifically within premium commercial offices, business parks, or co-working brands.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or an equivalent technical field.
- Certifications: Professional credentials (like IFMA, BIFM, or local safety certifications) are highly preferred.
