Position: Jr. Production Engineer

Location: Kharabwadi, Chakan, Pune-410501.

Industry: Distillery, Evaporators, Dryer and Process Plant Equipment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Contractor Supervision, Daily Production Planning, DPR Report, Bar Chart, KPI report, Cutting List Follow-up, BOI Material Follow-up, Contractor Billing, Consumable material, Acid Cleaning & Painting Follow-up.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Production Planning.
- Daily Production Report.
- Resolving contractor difficulties and problems.
- Daily Contractor Work follows up.
- Production review meeting.



Ensuring production targets.
- Resolving contractor difficulties and problems.
- Contractor Billing (LOI, PR & PO Follow-up).
- Improvise action plan as per priority.
- Bar chart of ongoing job.
- Prepare cutting list and give BOI to store.
- Make cutting list after drawing received & issue the material to contractor.
- Acid cleaning, stencilling & Paint supervision.
- Handover the job to logistics department after QC clearance.
- Maintain 5S in leading area.

Preferred Qualifications:

- DME / B.E Mech.
- 2-7 years Experience with Distillery, Evaporator and Dryer, Boilers, Heat Exchanger, Storage Tank etc...
