Your Role

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing property enquiries from the initial conversation to the site visit and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Calling and communicating with prospective property buyers.

- Understanding customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.

- Following up with leads and maintaining regular communication.

- Providing customers with suitable property options from our inventory.

- Coordinating and accompanying customers during property visits.

- Explaining property specifications, pricing, location, and other relevant details.

- Negotiating and assisting customers during the sales process.

- Maintaining customer information, follow-ups, and booking details in the company CRM.

- Generating new business opportunities through effective sales and follow-up.

- Achieving individual and team sales targets.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.

- Strong in communication and follow-up.

- Persuasive, presentable, and customer-focused.

- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.

- Able to handle customers professionally.

- Comfortable with field work and travelling for property visits.





- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

- Able to ride a Scooty, Electric Scooty, or Motorbike.

- Holding a valid Driving Licence.(MANDATORY)

Language Skills

Hindi & Bengali Mandatory

English Valuable communication skills preferred

Salary & Earning Potential

8,000 – 15,000/month + Sales Commission

Qualification
