Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 26 years of experience in accounting and finance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. Experience in the Mining, Cement, Manufacturing, or Process Industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and maintain accounting records.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and statutory records.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting documentation.




- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in Mining, Cement, Manufacturing, or Process Industries is preferred.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
