Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the furnace, milling, melting, and other related processes to ensure efficient production.
- Oversee shift activities, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and optimize productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in copper manufacturing industry as Shift Incharge or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of furnace operation, milling process control systems, and metalworking techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
