Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare financial statements, including notes to accounts,



in compliance with IGAAP.

2. Review B2B & B2C Accounts Receivable reconciliations and ensure timely month-end book closure.

3. Design and implement Internal Financial Controls (ICFR/IFC) in collaboration with cross functional teams.

4. Prepare Tax Audit reports and Income Tax Returns (ITR) and ensure statutory compliance.

5. Review Accounts Payable processes, including accruals, creditor ageing, vendor reconciliations, and debit balance reviews.

6. Review store-related CAPEX, OPEX, and account reconciliations.

7. Support the conversion of financial statements from Indian GAAP (IGAAP) to Ind AS.

8. Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and drive process improvements within the finance function.

9. Help the team in preparation of the data on need basis during due diligence and audit process.

Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 3+ years post-qualification experience

Preferred: Big 4 experience (Ecommerce or D2C Clients)
