Role Overview

We are hiring a sharp, detail-driven Profile Verification Executive to validate and update user
profiles registered on our platform. This role is outbound-calling heavy and suits someone who is
comfortable with volume, accuracy, and structured processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 180-200 outbound calls daily to registered users
• Verify and update profile information including employment, role, and experience
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured during calls
• Follow defined verification guidelines and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation and system updates




• Communicate clearly and professionally with users
• Learn process nuances quickly and adapt to changes
• Support customer profile-related queries as required

Eligibility & Requirements
• Any graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
• Prior cold calling experience is mandatory
• Recruitment or staffing experience is an added advantage
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail with logical thinking ability
• Quick learner with a positive, adaptable mindset
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
