About the Role

Advantmed is seeking a proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner to support business leaders on people management, employee relations, and talent initiatives. The role requires strong HRBP expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive HR processes and provide practical people solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers on employee lifecycle management and people-related matters.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations cases, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive and support performance management processes, including PIP administration.
- Manage Internal Job Postings (IJP) and facilitate internal talent movement.
- Execute employee engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives.
- Handle HR transactional activities with accuracy and timely closure.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers to enhance employee experience.




- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure effective delivery of HR programs.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of HRBP processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Grievance Management, Internal Job Postings, Performance Improvement Plans, HR Operations and Transactional Activities
- Strong conceptual knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and people practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Healthcare, BPO or KPO environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a energetic business environment.
