Job Description
Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 2-4 years
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with solid communication skills
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:
1. Proficiency in handling import purchase processes
2. Preparation of:
- Quotations
- Proforma Invoices
- Familiarity with export-import procedures for capital goods
- Capable of preparing shipping documentation such as:
- Commercial Invoice
- Proforma Invoice
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Knowledge of foreign payment mechanisms, including:
- Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Basic understanding of Bank Guarantees
- Familiarity with the customs clearance process in India
Soft Skills & Tools:
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- ERP Systems: MS Dynamics, SAP
