Are you a strategic analytics leader with deep expertise in US Healthcare, Payment Integrity, advanced analytics, and enterprise transformation? We are looking for an experienced leader to drive analytics strategy, executive advisory, operational transformation, and next-generation AI-led solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with C-suite stakeholders across major payers and providers and drive measurable business and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Lead enterprise-level analytics transformation and advisory strategy, partnering with C-suite stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, revenue remediation opportunities, and data-led solutions.

2. Drive Payment Integrity KPIs, operational excellence, ROI frameworks, and revenue optimization initiatives across large-scale client portfolios.

3. Champion advanced technologies including Agentic AI, LLM agents, ML, NLP, predictive analytics, and data mining to automate decision-making and identify opportunities across structured and unstructured data.

4.



Lead and scale high-performing teams of data analysts, data scientists, and managers, while driving stakeholder alignment, capability building, and change adoption.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA from a top-tier B-school preferred.

2. 15+ years of overall experience in analytics delivery, strategy, enterprise consulting, or transformation, with 10+ years in leadership roles.

3. 8+ years of consulting/advisory experience, preferably with leading Analytics/Consulting firms or Big 4 organizations.

4. Deep expertise in US Healthcare Payers & Providers and Healthcare Payment Integrity; experience with organizations such as Optum, Truven/IBM, Cognizant Healthcare Payer, or Sagitec is highly preferred.

5. Strong understanding of SQL rules, ML pipelines, NLP, optimization, Agentic AI/LLM workflows, and modern technology stacks including AWS/Azure, Databricks, Python, and SAS.

6. Exceptional commercial acumen, executive communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex analytics into measurable financial ROI.
