Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Operations & Maintenance Engineer to lead the operations and maintenance of our Compressed Biogas (CBG) Plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CBG plants with strong expertise in plant operations, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant operations to achieve production targets.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Optimize plant performance and process efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.




- Lead and mentor plant operators and maintenance teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Energy) or Diploma with relevant experience.
- 510 years of experience in Compressed Biogas plants.
- Hands-on experience in anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, PLC/SCADA, and utility systems.
- Robust leadership, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

CBG, Biogas, Anaerobic Digestion, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation, PLC/SCADA, Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Utilities Management, Biomass Handling.
