Work Mode: Hybrid (Any Genpact Location)

Shift Timing: 12 Noon 9 PM

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ERP Finance modules. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Finance-related solutions within ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver Finance-related solutions in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory, and Fixed Assets modules.

- Perform end-to-end process blueprinting, mapping, and architecture for finance processes.

- Work on implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement engagements.





- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.

- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of SAP Finance modules.

- Ensure compliance with financial and business process requirements.

Primary Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Fixed Assets).

- Proven track record of leading finance solutions in ERP implementations.

Secondary Skills

- Expertise in end-to-end process blueprinting, mapping, and architecture.

- Strong experience in implementation and enhancement projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 710 years of overall SAP experience with 7+ years in SAP FI.

- Ability to work in a hybrid model and adaptable to work in a 12 PM 9 PM shift.
