Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Python, and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building RAG-based applications, multi-agent systems, and LLM-powered solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

This is a confirmed requirement, and we are looking for candidates who can contribute immediately to the design, development, and deployment of production-grade GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Develop Multi-Agent Systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Integrate and work extensively with Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services.
- Design search and retrieval pipelines using Azure AI Search.
- Work with Azure Cosmos DB for storing and managing application data and conversational/contextual information.
- Develop robust prompt, retrieval, orchestration, and response-generation workflows.
- Use LangSmith for LLM application tracing, evaluation, debugging, and observability.
- Evaluate model and application performance and continuously improve response quality, relevance, and latency.




- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Deploy and support GenAI applications in the Azure cloud environment.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding and implementation experience of RAG architectures.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LangSmith
- Multi-Agent Systems
- Robust experience with Azure services, particularly:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure AI Search
- Azure Cosmos DB
- Good understanding of embeddings, vector search, chunking, retrieval strategies, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
- Experience building scalable and production-ready GenAI applications.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LLM evaluation and observability.
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic/hybrid search.
- Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure deployment, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
- Understanding of AI/ML model evaluation and experimentation.
