Machine Maintenance - Job Description

Department: Maintenance

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Check the daily plan, and make sure they have their own tools
- Check the air pressure enough to run their lines.
- Set the CCD machine for everyday job and change it if required and test it
- Check all machine working condition and safety, and check hot melt glue heater condition
- Check the glue dispenser stability and glue guns condition
- Check the machine working condition
- Check the 7s of the machine.
- Put attendance manually in workshop with printed sheets for cross verifying.
- Check the hourly production and if there is delay check the CT
- Check the NG rate, if more NG find analyse the problem and solve it
- At shift end make sure all machine stability and repair if required




- Refer the checklist regarding the abnormalities referred by LL
- After production collect the tools and keep it in a secure place so that next day there will not be any trouble
- After production provide report check the NG rate and check for the improvement action
- Do weekly and monthly maintenance
