Roles & Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Implement and support ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, and Custom Applications.
- Design and develop solutions using App Engine Studio and Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and enhancement activities.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.
- Experience in any of the following modules: ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, or Custom Applications.
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with API integrations and platform customization.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
