Job Title: Assistant Manager - Electrical (Operations & Maintenance) from chemical/Pigments industries exposure

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance:

- Technical Exposures in Power transformers, Circuit breakers, switchgears, Conveyer Systems, EOT-Cranes and Variable Frequency Drives.
- Instruments Exposures in Sensors, Transmitters, Level Gauges, PLC, DCS System, SCADA, Thermocouples, Load Cells, Furnace System,

Electrical construction:

1) Preparation of BOQ.

2) Installation and commissioning of HT Panel, PCC, MCC, APFC, MLDB, PDB.

3) Installation and commissioning of transformer, RTCC panel and NFIPS system.

4) Testing of HT/LT circuit breakers and relays.

5) Electrical construction work planning and execution as per prepared bar chart.

6) Supervise and handling electrical construction work such as earthing strip laying, cable tray supporting and tray laying, cable laying, motor glanding and terminations, installation of DB's and Sockets, LCS and their supports etc. Also handling supporting contractors.

7) All types of indoor and outdoor lighting system installation.

8) Installation of MS channel base frame, structure steel and cable tray with all its supporting system.

9) Installation of earthing system.

10) Installation and commissioning of pigment plant machinery's such as packing machine, dryers, blender, pulverizer and filter press etc.

11) Installation and commissioning of aluminium chloride manufacturing plant machinery such vibrator, bucket elevator, screw conveyors, lump breaker etc.

Maintenance:

1) Maintenance work in pigments plant which consists of PLC Based packing machine, blender, dryers, filterpress etc. Also consist steam boiler, compressors, thermopack, Chillers.

2) Maintenance work of aluminium chloride manufacturing plants equipments such as screw conveyor, bucket elevator, heaters, vibrator etc.

3) Maintenance work in 22Kv substation consist HT Panel, PCC, MCC, DGs, etc.

Work experience on instruments such as temperature controller, pressure transmitter, control valves, sensor, measuring systems etc.

4) Attained breakdown maintenance work in PLC based machine panels.

5) Making daily energy report.

6) Develope, perform and schedule maintenance of motors, UPS, batteries, crane, lift, transformers, DGs and maintain records.

- Managing maintenance budgets and inventory control.

- Implementing solutions and best practices to minimize breakdown costs.

- Analytical Techniques:

- Conducting 5Why Analysis and Root Cause Analysis to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).

- ISO Standards:

- Preparing, implementing, and coordinating audits for ISO standards.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Government Liaison:
- Handling all Electrical Government Liaison and Electricity Board-related work.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Preventive Maintenance:
- Developing and implementing robust preventive maintenance programs and procedures.

- SAP Management:

- Managing the SAP system for spare parts inventory and maintenance budgeting.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Driving the implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) systems.

- Project Planning:

- Planning and executing project work, including material requirement planning and vendor communication.

- Compliance & Audit Management:

- Preparing and implementing ISO standards and managing audits.
