Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Senior Executive Performance Marketing to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple paid channels. The role requires strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, and ROI optimization

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including strategy, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid marketing initiatives
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative, content,



and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital marketing
- Manage agency relationships (if applicable) and ensure performance delivery
- Key Skills & Competencies:

- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools
- Hands-on experience in campaign optimization and bid strategies
- Analytical mind-set with strong data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and attribution models is an added advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
