Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Identify and address root causes of denials through thorough analysis and communication with healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to claims processing, payment posting, and account maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including accounts receivable and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, physicians, and insurance companies.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
