Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation, and Cost Control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, billing, and coordination with project teams to ensure effective project cost management.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of BOQs from approved drawings and specifications.
- Quantity take-off for Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, HVAC, STP, WTP, and Infrastructure utilities.
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Contractor and subcontractor bill certification.
- Preparation of rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Verification of site measurements and quantity reconciliation.
- Review of tender documents and technical specifications.
- Preparation of variation statements, extra item claims, and change orders.
- Cost monitoring and budget tracking throughout project execution.




- Coordination with site, design, procurement, and accounts teams.
- Preparation of techno-commercial comparisons and vendor evaluations.
- Monitoring material consumption against BOQ quantities.
- Preparation of project cost reports and MIS reports.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of MEP Quantity Surveying and Billing.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and estimation.
- Experience in RA Billing and Contractor Billing.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical Systems, STP & WTP works.
- Knowledge of Rate Analysis and Cost Control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
