Needs to be very hands on with Agile + Change Project management principles.
- Hands on with JIRA and J-SQL.
- Needs to be able to display how s/he would manage the different component teams assigned to diver productivity (these teams are independent and hence need to have solid stake holder mgmt.)
- Need to have very strong comm skills to manage Sr stakeholders and run steer co.
- Needs to operate as a PM must have the mentality of a Product Manager / Owner and should exhibit the same showcasing impact at product level
