Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and developing ERP applications, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Java development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain ERP applications.
- Develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.
- Troubleshoot technical and production issues.




- Work closely with business, QA, and project teams.
- Optimize application and database performance.

Required Skills

- 8–14 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MySQL.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, OOP, and design patterns.
- Experience in team leadership and enterprise application development.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- ERP domain experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
