Job Summary

We are looking for a strong and experienced ServiceNow Developer with extensive expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, HAM/HAM Pro implementation, integrations, ITAM processes and ServiceNow scripting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with architects, business analysts, process owners and client stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery and Procurement workflows.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting including:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Actions
- ACLs
- Glide APIs

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle, stockroom management, inventory audits,



model normalization and compliance tracking.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ariba, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to work effectively with architects, business analysts, process owners and client stakeholders.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist Hardware Asset Management
- ITSM / CMDB / Discovery certifications
- Experience with HAM Pro features such as:
- Asset Refresh
- Asset Reservations
- Disposal Orders
- Audits
- Asset Normalization

- Knowledge of ITAM governance, audit controls and compliance reporting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
