We are hiring Domestic Voice Support Executives to handle customer queries through call and convert inquiries into sale.

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries over inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain good communication and customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned targets.
- Drive sales by converting customer inquiries into successful transactions via call.
- Resolve customer queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates who are undergraduates are also eligible.
- Freshers can apply.

Working Schedule

- Days: 6 days working and 1 rotational weekly off.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts of 9 hours.
- Salary Breakup: 20,000 CTC and 16,000 Take Home.
- Leave Policy: No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months.
