Manager & Associate Director Audit Position

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of auditors to ensure high-quality audit projects are delivered on time
- Develop audit plans and strategies in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements
- Review audit findings and provide recommendations to improve internal controls and processes
- Communicate audit results to senior management and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the audit function

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in auditing, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Robust knowledge of audit methodologies, principles, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
