Role: Deputy Manager - NPS Sales
Experience: 4+ years
Roles & Responsibility:
- Drive NPS business and penetration across corporate clients.
- Acquire new corporate clients and manage existing relationships.
- Handle, mentor, and monitor a team to achieve business targets.
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Build relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Support business strategy, client presentations, and recent initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and industry analysis.
Key Skills: Corporate Sales | B2B Sales | Team Handling | Business Development | Relationship Management | Client Acquisition
Preferred candidate profile
- Prior team handling/people management experience is mandatory.
- Training for NPS Sales will be provided.
- Experience in Mutual fund/Insurance/BFSI Sales.
