- L3 experience in managing multiple active directory forest environments.
- Forest/domain/AD upgrades, managing Trust.
- Manage Domain controller replication/Health, DNS, DHCP, PKI (certificate authority), GPO.
- Identity and access management: AD bulk user management and understanding of hybrid environments: ADFS, MFA, SSO, NPS with MFA.
- Microsoft Exchange/O365: Exchange administration, expertise in troubleshooting mail flow, handling exchange client-server connectivity issues, troubleshooting Outlook connectivity.
