Position Details
Designation: Technology Design & Development Officer (AM / DM / JM)
Department: Process Technology
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Qualification: B.E. Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
CTC: Up to 14 LPA (depending on experience)
Key Requirements
We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience in:
Process Scale-Up Activities
Technology Transfer from Pilot to Commercial Scale
Pilot Plant Operations & Troubleshooting
Process Design & Development
Mass & Energy Balance Calculations
PFDs, P&IDs; & Conceptual Layout Preparation
CAPEX & OPEX Estimation
Equipment Sizing & Technical Evaluation
HAZOP, PSSR & Process Safety Studies
Aspen Simulation & Process Optimization
Preferred Profile
- B.E. Chemical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Academic record of 60% and above in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor's degree
- Candidates from NIT, ICT, or other reputed institutes will be preferred
- Prior experience handling projects from concept stage to commissioning will be an added advantage
Role Overview
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between R&D; and commercial manufacturing by driving:
- Process scale-up
- Pilot trial execution
- Technology transfer
- Equipment design and selection
- Process optimization and commercialization of new molecules
